7. Joint Use of Personal Information
When there is a co-organizer for seminars, exhibitions, etc., the Company will jointly use personal information entrusted by customers through surveys or other means with the co-organizer. The Company will use the entrusted personal information to achieve the purposes of use specified in Section 3.
The name of the co-organizer, the items of personal information to be jointly used, and the purpose of use shall be clearly stated each time personal information is collected. Regarding the responsibility for managing personal information, the Company and the co-organizer shall each be responsible for the personal information they handle themselves.

8. Disclosure and Update of Personal Information
The Company will respond appropriately in accordance with laws and regulations when a request for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc., regarding retained personal data is made by the customer themselves. The request procedure is as follows.


Procedure for Disclosure Requests
1. Request Method
Please fill out the required items in the “Personal Information Disclosure Request Form” prescribed by the Company, attach identity verification documents (copies of driver’s license, passport, etc.), and submit it by mail to the contact address below.
2. Identity Verification
To confirm that the request is made by the individual themselves, we ask for the presentation of identity verification documents. In the case of a request by a proxy, a power of attorney and identity verification documents of the proxy are required.
3. Fees
A fee of 300 yen (including tax) will be charged for each disclosure request. Please pay the fee by postal money order.
4. Response Method and Deadline
After confirming the contents of the request, we will respond in writing without delay (usually within 2 weeks).

9. Handling of Cookies, etc.
The Company’s website uses cookies and access logs to improve convenience and perform access analysis. For details, please refer to the “Cookie Policy” on our website.

10. Anonymously Processed Information and Pseudonymously Processed Information
The Company may use information processed into a form that cannot identify individuals for purposes such as statistical analysis.

11. Provision to Foreign Countries
When using overseas cloud services, we will clearly state the name of the recipient country and the management system, and take appropriate measures.
