Disclosure and Update of Personal Information<\/span>The Company will respond appropriately in accordance with laws and regulations when a request for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc., regarding retained personal data is made by the customer themselves.         Procedure for Disclosure Requests<\/span>

        Please fill out the required items in the “Personal Information Disclosure Request Form” prescribed by the Company, attach identity verification documents (copies of driver’s license, passport, etc.), and submit it by mail to the contact address below.<\/span>
        2. Identity Verification<\/span>
        To confirm that the request is made by the individual themselves, we ask for the presentation of identity verification documents. In the case of a request by a proxy, a power of attorney and identity verification documents of the proxy are required.<\/span>
        3. Fees<\/span>
        A fee of 300 yen (including tax) will be charged for each disclosure request. Please pay the fee by postal money order.<\/span>
        4. Response Method and Deadline<\/span>
        After confirming the contents of the request, we will respond in writing without delay (usually within 2 weeks).<\/span><\/p>\n
