Spheroid Dispersion Solution (SD4X)
SD4X can easily disperse spheroids enzymatically. This cell suspension can be subjected to flowcytometric analysis or subculture of the cells.

Brief Protocol
1. Collect spheroids by pipetting2. wash with PBS(-)
3. add diluted SD4X
4. react for 5〜20 min.
