We show the culture condition for major cell lines in the Spheroid List No.1 and Spheroid List No.2.
If you cannot fint the cells you are interested in, please evaluate both MS patten and MH pattern and select appropriate micro-pattern for your cells. For the first trial, we recommend to use NCP-LSH96.
NCP-H (NanoCulture® Plate, High Attachment type)
NCP-H is made from NCP-L with some modification but still containing no matrix. Please select appropriate micro-pattern for your cells when you evaluate the optimal culture condition using NCP-L as above. If spheroids are easily detached from NCP-L, NCP-H might work better. However, NCP-H is not suitable for some cells causing monolayer culture not formation of spheroids. Please inquire about details.

How differnt between NCP-L and NCP-H
Both NCP-L and NCP-H can be used for Cell A. However, NCP-H is not suitable for Cell B to form spheroid.
