＜Features＞ |
・We have classified cells into four categories according to their spheroid forming ability and adhesiveness and optimized the culture media for each category (of the three categories except for the low-adhesive/low-forming ability category). The media can also be applied to various cell lines except cancer cells.
・We add the serum to various basic cultivation media (without other particular additives).
*We practice lot control on the serum which is influential to the proliferation and the spheroid forming ability.

Try our product when the spheroid does not form easily with the media in your laboratory.
The trial kit (product no. NCL-3), has three kinds of culture media (each 5ml). Please select a suitable one from among these.
We also have a kit with which tests can be done with the single medium. |

Primary hepatocytes culture medium (product No. NCM-prim)

| ＜Features＞ |
・Use with the primary hepatocytes cultivation plate (NCP-prim).
・Increrases characteristically low adhesiveness of primary hepatocytes.
・Serum is not added.

As the adhesiveness depends on the cell species, check the conformity with the pattern (among the three patterns) of the trial kit.
